This September, London families are being invited to swap screen time for start lines as Flatout brings its first-ever London event to Old Billingsgate Market.
Taking place from 25–27 September against the backdrop of Tower Bridge and The Shard, the community-led fitness challenge combines running with accessible workout stations designed for all abilities. Unlike traditional fitness races, Flatout has been created with participation rather than performance in mind, welcoming beginners, seasoned gym-goers and families alike.
Making its debut in London is Sidekicks, a new adult-and-junior race category that allows parents, grandparents, siblings and children to tackle the course together. Alongside the racing, visitors can expect live DJs, family-friendly entertainment, food vendors and wellness experiences, creating a festival-style atmosphere throughout the weekend.
The event is also supporting the longstanding children’s charity, The Feathers Association, with a percentage of ticket sales helping to fund opportunities for young people through sport, recreation and community programmes.
Following successful events in Northwich and Ipswich, Flatout’s London debut is expected to attract fitness enthusiasts, local communities and families looking for an active and memorable day out in the capital.
