Kelly Cates, Mark Chapman and Gaby Logan to share hosting duties.
Sky Sports presenter Kelly Cates is reportedly set to join Match of the Day as one of three new hosts for the upcoming season.

The 49-year-old, daughter of Liverpool legend Sir Kenny Dalglish, will reportedly be joined by Mark Chapman and Gabby Logan to share hosting responsibilities when Gary Lineker steps down at the end of the current season.
Chapman, who currently hosts Match of the Day 2, and Logan, who brings extensive sports broadcasting experience from both the BBC and ITV, will join Cates in leading the show. Cates is also a regular presenter on BBC Radio 5 Live and was quickly identified as the BBC’s top external candidate to take over from Lineker.
The trio will alternate hosting duties for the 2025-26 season, a move that was previously speculated. Lineker, who has hosted Match of the Day for 25 years since taking over from Des Lynam in 1999, will continue to lead BBC coverage of the FA Cup next season and anchor the BBC’s 2026 World Cup coverage.
