Aimee Lou Wood to guest on The Jonathan Ross Show

Actress Aimee Lou Wood is to guest on The Jonathan Ross Show on Saturday 22 March, theversion.co.uk can confirm.

The popular actress can currently seen in Sky TV and HBO’s series The White Lotus as well as in Netflix drama ‘Toxic Town’.

Aimee’s breakout role came in 2019 when she was cast as Aimee Gibbs in Sex Education, a series that explores the lives of teenagers dealing with various aspects of sexuality, relationships, and personal growth. Aimee plays a high school student navigating complex topics like love and self-esteem. Her portrayal of Aimee, a character who undergoes significant emotional growth over the course of the show, has been widely praised for its authenticity, warmth, and subtlety. The character of Aimee gained a lot of attention, particularly in the third season, where she experiences a journey of recovery and self-empowerment following a traumatic event.
